Role
Who you are
- At least 5+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house and/or agency setting, with a strong track record of recruiting Account Executives, Sales Managers and SDRs
- Prior experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Proven success in engaging and hiring sourced/passive candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other mediums
- Passionate about partnering with multiple hiring managers to build diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for process improvements
- You have an aptitude for using data to create narratives and drive hiring decisions
What the job involves
- This is a temporary full-time, non-exempt position located onsite in Oakland, California with an expected length of 6-8 months
- Everlaw is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join our team for a 6-8 month period
- This role is crucial in supporting our growth, primarily across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions
- You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience while contributing to our mission-driven company
- Partner directly with our hiring managers across the business to design a recruitment strategy that brings in the next, great Everlawyer
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes – from sourcing, through a well-structured recruiting process, to offer acceptance
- Utilize your past experience sourcing candidates to engage a diverse pool of top talent and paint an exciting, accurate picture of the role & Everlaw
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, representing Everlaw’s values and culture
- Use data to drive your efforts and proactively manage expectations with internal & external stakeholders

Our take
Everlaw builds technology to help corporations, law firms and government entities solve the toughest problems in the legal industry. The company's platform includes features to help speed up legal work, freeing up time to be spent on more value-add activities. Everlaw’s clients include most of the top 10 class action firms in the US and it is also used by state attorney generals in every state in the US.
Law is a big industry where a lot of money is spent, but it has been largely untouched by technology until recently, leaving a big opportunity. Testament to this, the company was able to expand to Australia and New Zealand following a partnership with Australian e-discovery provider Adio. It continues to deliver new features such as "AI Deep Dive" which lets legal teams uncover and verify key evidence from documents.
The company is also pursuing growth for its Everlaw for Good Program, seen at the 2024 Equal Justice Conference in Detroit. That year, it appointed its first program director as it works to dismantle barriers to justice for low-income Americans and marginalised communities in need of legal representation. It now has over 225 participating organizations.
