Who you are

You hold a university degree and have several years of professional experience in a consulting environment or a dynamic scale-up, with a focus on operations, industrial goods, tech, or digital
You enjoy making decisions, have the courage to manage and coordinate complex tasks and diverse teams, and are proactive in exploring new paths
You have a high standard of quality, work conscientiously and in a structured manner, are flexible, and embrace the fail-fast principle
You possess excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and are fluent in English
You have a confident and self-assured presence—and, of course, a healthy sense of humor

What the job involves

We are looking for you as Operational Excellence and Strategy Manager (m/f/d) in our new office in Miami, Florida
Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality across the yoummday value chain to drive operational excellence
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage in-depth data analysis to make informed decisions, ensuring all actions are based on data-driven insights
Change Management: Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement within the operations organization by actively driving transformation and ensuring buy-in at all levels
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Operations leadership team, present results at C-level and, when necessary, to external clients to collaboratively develop and implement defined initiatives
