Partnerships Account Manager, MaintainX

• 5+ years of partnerships and/or account management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with at least a year working with large accounts in a quota-carrying role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow large partner relationships (>$100k ARR)
• Strong business generalist who is comfortable working in an ambiguous high growth environment with new, untested products
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Industrial Operations
• Background in CMMS, facility operations software, IIoT, or industrial OEMs

• We're currently looking for an experienced Partnerships Account Manager to join our dynamic Partnerships team
• You would play a crucial role in driving partner growth by effectively engaging and managing relationships with new and existing partners
• You will bring your expertise in navigating larger partner relationships and have a proven track record of success in growing partner accounts
• End-to-End Partner Management - You will own all aspects of the partner relationship, working closely with our Product Team and Sales Team on new partner initiatives as the GTM counterpart
• Collaboration on New Products – You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of new product launches, by sharing product feedback, scaling out partner revenue channels, and triaging issues for partners
• Partner Recruitment and Growth - You will help to build new revenue channels by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, while also managing and elevating existing relationships. Your focus will be on cultivating long-term, strategic partnerships, with a goal of driving mutual growth and maximizing partner engagement and revenue streams
