Who you are
- 4-6+ years of experience within creative strategy whether it be at a brand or agency, and experience with performance-based marketing assets
- A portfolio of advertising campaigns along with results and data of initiatives
- Experience working in a cross-functional and matrixed corporate environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strive for operational excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set priorities on a daily basis and juggle multiple projects at once

What the job involves
- The Sr. Digital Creative Strategist will join the Brand & Creative team within LegalZoom’s Marketing organization and will shape creative campaigns to bring them to life
- They will be a strategic partner to marketing channel teams and will have an innate analytical mindset, with a strong command of data and research, deep understanding of the business, and expertise in full-funnel digital advertising tactics. They will be a trusted partner to both marketing stakeholders and creative teams to ultimately deliver on business objectives while setting creatives up for success to do their best work
- Have a deep understanding of and stay abreast of channel best practices, digital advertising formats, LegalZoom products and services, marketing priorities, our target audience and customers, and results of historical tests in order to drive asset development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (primarily paid media but also product marketing, legal, and social media) and function as their primary strategic partner for campaign development, creative testing, and asset optimization
- Serve as a liaison between creatives and relevant marketing teams to ensure briefs, specs, and deliverables are clear and asset feedback as well as testing constructs are strategically sound
- Lead, manage, and hold various parties accountable throughout project lifecycles to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner
- Partner with creative leadership to brief in creative teams and review all creative work to ensure it’s on brief, delivers on best practices and learnings, and meets business objectives
- Develop formalized POVs around consumer behaviors, competitive landscape, and channel best practices that inspire creative teams to do their best work
- Advocate for breakthrough work by educating the creative team and providing actionable feedback on assets based on subject matter expertise
- Leverage tools and latest developments in technology to identify personalization opportunities and increase creative development velocity
- Own and update traffic sheets as well as file/folder naming conventions
