- The Mastercard Intern Program is a comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company
- As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives
- As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will play a key role in driving the successful end-to-end delivery of engineering projects across multiple teams and systems
- The intern will assist with end-to-end delivery of engineering work by supporting progress tracking, identifying dependencies, and helping resolve blockers to enable timely execution
- Contribute to project coordination by preparing status updates and sharing information with the right audience at the right time
- Help organize and participate in meetings, observe decision-making processes, and learn how to transform complex ideas into clear, concise communications for stakeholders
- Support cross-team collaboration by learning how to bridge gaps between teams, processes, and systems to ensure smooth delivery
