What the job involves
- The Offers team is responsible for the lending product strategy and digital user experience of new customers, who haven’t taken a loan from iwoca before
- The team optimises loan features such as pricing and amounts, tests new product ideas, and figures out the best UX for communicating all of this to the customer on our website
- As a Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for optimising the customer journey of our new customers
- You will also lead the development of new products and work closely with the team lead to improve our lending strategy (such as pricing, offered amount, repayment terms)
- Lead on improving our digital experience, driving customer conversion, retention, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with designers to refine solutions through mock-ups and testing
- Deeply understand customer motivations and frustrations through both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive impactful solutions
- Analyse performance trends to propose enhancements to pricing, lending amounts, and other loan features
- Partner with the team lead to define and deploy new products and lending features
- Work with other teams (e.g. credit risk, operations) to secure buy-in for new initiatives
- Evaluate opportunities using customer research and data analysis
- Work with developers to ensure smooth implementation of new features and changes
- Analyse performance post-launch and share insights with the wider business to guide future improvements
