• 12+ years in product management, with extensive leadership experience in engagement or growth roles across digital platforms

• CNN is looking for a bold, user-obsessed Vice President of Product Management for Engagement to lead the transformation of our digital products across web, mobile, and connected TV (CTV)—ensuring they evolve into deeply engaging, personalized experiences that serve our users' needs and set a new standard for how users connect with our brand
• This executive will also play a critical role in shaping and executing the engagement strategy for our forthcoming streaming service, delivering compelling experiences that drive long-term value
• This person will define and lead the engagement product vision for all platforms, focusing on user lifecycle, content discovery, behavioral triggers, and repeat usage—while simultaneously laying the foundation for success in a competitive streaming landscape
• This person will be responsible for functional excellence in the Engagement team and for managing trade-offs and for partnering across the company to drive user habituation and engagement
• Lead the transformation of our digital platforms (web, mobile, and CTV) to deliver intuitive, engaging, and user-first experiences that increase satisfaction and frequency of use
• Architect the engagement strategy for our forthcoming streaming service, including onboarding, recommendations, personalization, watch behavior, and repeat use
