What the job involves
- This role will require you to be in the office when the CEO is in
- Support the CEO located on the West Coast
- Manage day-to-day calendar and travel coordination
- Be the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate and help plan company off-sites and meetings, special projects, and other internal/external initiatives
- Serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management team
- Handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously
- Participate as an adjunct member of the executive team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
