Who you are
- You are a true sales professional with experience in complex B2B sales processes, ideally in e-commerce setting
- You are enthusiastic about digital topics and have a good technical understanding
- Customer service is very important to you and you enjoy advising national and international B2B customers
- Ideally, you already gained relevant experience in customer success management
- You are experienced with CRM systems, MS Office and ticket systems
- Your business management skills enable you to identify customer potential using key figures and data
- You have a positive and communicative nature as well as a confident appearance – whether on the phone or during webinars
- You have a structured way of working and think solution-oriented
- Your strengths include analytical skills and an understanding of complex system connections
- You like to travel to potential customers, partners and events
- You have a very good knowledge of spoken and written English as well as German at B2 level
What the job involves
- As Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) your goal is to turn every relationship between Actindo and our customers into a true success story
- You are the first point of contact for our existing customers, identify customer needs and work on the reputation management at Actindo
- You will always be in close contact with our consultants and project managers
- You support and advise our existing customers comprehensively and ensure a positive customer experience
- You actively build up reference customers and long-standing regular customers who you assist with all their questions
- You identify the cross- and upselling potential of our customers and actively approach them
- You establish and develop the reputation management at Actindo on your own responsibility
- You conduct workshops and webinars in which customers and interested parties can get familiar with our solutions
- You work closely with our IT consultants and project managers
- You take part in establishing our new sales division in cooperation with your team
