Who you are
- We are looking for an expert in the industry with a focus on litigation and investigations to partner with our internal and external teams to effectively manage matters across Apple’s legal docket
- 5+ years hands-on experience working as a paralegal/project manager at a vendor, law firm, or in-house legal department
- Bachelors’ degree or certification in relevant legal technology processes
- Strong aptitude and experience with litigation and trials
- A thorough understanding of litigation lifecycle
- A thorough understanding of discovery processes

What the job involves
- Apple is seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager to join the Legal Operations & Global Security team
- In this role, you’ll work with a diverse team of Legal Project Managers, eDiscovery Analysts, and litigation support professionals
- In this role you will serve as a Legal Project Manager to deliver world-class support to multiple pre-litigation and litigation matter teams
- You will act as a liaison between in-house counsel, internal business groups, outside counsel, and eDiscovery vendors
- You will work in conjunction with the Discovery Manager, Legal Project Managers, eDiscovery Analysts, Legal Technology Solutions, IS&T, and our internal Business groups to support legal matters from inception to conclusion
- As a Legal Project Manager, you will foster a collaborative environment and lead by example with a can-do attitude and a vision of excellence, inclusivity, and compassion while also being process-oriented and striving for efficiency
