Desirable

• Support the general running of the business, including aiding in development of internal processes, supporting teams and people across the company in delivery challenges they’re facing, and understanding where risk lies in reaching our operational goals and suggesting mitigations accordingly
• Help with the management of key outsourced partners such as customer service, IT support, and other 3rd parties – ensuring they’re delivering against their contracted work and costs are managed effectively
• You will report into our Chief Operating Officer
• Develop effective relationships and manage contracts with third parties partners, including IT, customer services, data protection and marketing agencies. Help assess performance, value & manage delivery  goals
• Maintain a CX knowledge base & update as necessary with new FAQs as required
• Help with RFP process, appraisal and selection of new partners as necessary
• Managing equipment lists & preferred products
• Monitoring costs of the tools we use
• Onboarding off boarding / seat management  of licences and subscriptions
• Consulting with teams for regular review of requirements
• Maintaining oversight of usage and best practice
• Support the design of SharePoint infrastructure in order to centralise information
• Maintain SharePoint best practice
• Help manage key regular ops meetings
• Partner with the People team with office maintenance and management where necessary
