Role
Who you are
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a must), and while French isn’t required, it’s definitely a nice bonus
- You are rigorous and enjoy working as part of a team
- You like practical things and you’re keen to get involved in an ambitious project
- You’re capable of changing your working methods from one day to the next if necessary
- Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese etc are a plus
What the job involves
- Sales Assistant Missions
- Supporting the Sales team for large deals & target accounts: finding venues or other services (activities, catering, transport) to meet specific client requests
- Creation of personalised venue suggestions for clients hand in hand with the sales team
- Negotiations with Naboo partners (prices, commissions, services, etc.)
- Helping to Improve Internal Processes:
- Participate in the training of new arrivals
- Participate in product development
- Participate in discussions on Naboo’s sales and overall strategy
- Start Date: 01 July 2025
Application process
- 1st interview: qualification with the dedicated country manager, 15-30 min
- 2nd interview: with a UK sales team member, 30 min
- 3rd interview: speed dating with 4-5 Naboo team members from different departments, 15 minutes each, for an informal discussion and insights into the company’s culture

The company has enjoyed $10 million in funding so far and is planning to launch an AI browsing feature that acts as a chatbot interface for more complicated booking requests.
