Our take

Workforces are becoming more global and decentralised, but integrating into a new team can be difficult for newly relocated employees. Benivo solves this problem by developing HR tech tools that streamline the relocation process.

Benivo has benefited from the acceleration towards remote and hybrid working, allowing the company to scale relatively quickly since its launch. The company has a longstanding relationship with a number of prominent enterprises, such as Google, KPMG and Allianz, which is testament to the value of its products.

Benivo's main challenge will be competing with similar companies, but its focus on the happiness of employees has struck a chord with enterprises. It will need to maintain and grow its relationships in order to hold onto its impressive market position. Growth equity funding raised in 2022 will allow it to expand in the US, India and Armenia - all high-growth areas for relocation services - and grow its footprint in the UK.
