Regional Director of Sales Operations, RoomPriceGenie

• A strong network in the German hotel tech and hospitality industry is a must
• You have experience in hotels and the hotel tech side of the industry
• You have experience in similar roles developing the German market
• You ideally have a degree in business or hospitality
• You are enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn
• You possess excellent communication skills
• You live in Germany and able to travel locally
• You speak fluent German and English

• We are looking for a passionate Regional Director of Sales Operations to represent RoomPriceGenie in the German hospitality industry and create new business opportunities with partners, hospitality associations, and hotel groups
• As a Regional Director of Sales Operations, you are constantly looking for new opportunities to create more brand awareness and new leads in order to grow the German market
• You will create new partnerships with Hotel tech partners, nurture existing partnerships, visit hospitality-related events, and network with stakeholders in the industry with one goal, new business
• Therefore an existing network in the hotel is a must! There are millions of hoteliers out there that need our help
• You are the face of the company to RoomPriceGenie stakeholders in Germany
• You are responsible for the strategic development of customer potential and sales for the German market
• You are responsible for creating physical relationships in the market by networking, creating more brand awareness and bringing in new leads in order to grow the German market for RoomPriceGenie
• You will strategically select and attend a series of hotel expos and partner events in Germany. To be successful, you'll also speak in selected events and present RoomPriceGenie
• You will work together with a Go-To-Market team existing out of SDRs and Sales & Revenue managers. To be successful, you’ll also work closely together with our marketing and partnerships departments
• You will maintain a close cooperation with our partners to further develop our presence in the market
• You will be monitoring competitors and current market trends
• You keep track of customer success in our CRM tool and implement automation tools where you see a benefit
• You will have an impact on how a fast-growing start-up further develops and can try your own approaches and ideas
