Role
Who you are
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, with significant focus on growth, conversion optimisation, or monetisation strategies
- Experience working in high-growth digital businesses; experience in healthtech or telehealth is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in experimentation design, A/B testing, and interpreting quantitative data to drive decisions
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour, acquisition funnels, and monetisation strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and motivated by tackling complex problems
- Passion for building products that make a meaningful impact on people’s health and well-being
What the job involves
- We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our product organisation
- You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, data, engineering, and commercial teams
- You'll lead initiatives that test and optimise our customer funnel, experiment with pricing and plan mixes, and unlock new revenue opportunities while delivering a seamless patient experience
- Your work will be critical to scaling our business sustainably and profitably across multiple conditions and geographies
- You will report to the Director of Product

- Own the conversion funnel: Analyse, identify, and prioritise opportunities to improve customer acquisition and onboarding across channels and products
- Design and run experiments: Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to build, launch, and analyse A/B tests that optimise conversion, upsell, and pricing strategies
- Pricing and plan innovation: Develop and test new pricing models, subscription plans, and promotional strategies to maximise customer lifetime value
- Data-driven insights: Continuously monitor and interpret data to surface actionable insights, track key growth metrics, and inform strategic decisions
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring growth initiatives from concept to execution
- Customer-centric approach: Balance business goals with delivering a seamless, trustworthy, and engaging experience for patients
- Market awareness: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving patient expectations

MANUAL is a digital healthcare clinic supporting patients with life-changing conditions such as hormonal imbalance, obesity, menopause and hair loss across the UK and Brazil. It does this with a blend of doctor-specialist services, prescription medication backed by science, and digital products informed by behavioural change.
It works to remove the stigma around health problems such as obesity, hormone imbalances and menopause through teleconsultations, testing, regular check-ins and a range of tools, supplements and medications to treat common issues like poor sleep, hair loss, erectile dysfunction and skin conditions. Originally focused solely on men's health, the service led a shift in attitudes among its customers, with about half the men using the service to treat more than one condition, indicating that they're not just seeking help for the worst health issue that they're experiencing. Since then it has opened its services to all genders with a hope to sift attitudes on a wider variety of health issues.
The company has raised an impressive amount of capital, most recently in 2024. And this funding is being used to expand its reach and enhance its services, particularly focussing on treatments for hormonal imbalance, obesity, and hair loss.
