Solar Sales Associate, Switchd

• MakeMyHouseGreen is looking for a talented and adaptable customer-facing Solar Sales Associate to play a crucial role in both the design and sales aspects of our solar energy projects.
• In this role, you will be a fast learner and use your knowledge and sales experience to guide customers to the correct green energy solution for them.
• You will enjoy building and nurturing relationships with your customers right up until the sale of the system

• You will guide & support inbound customers through the whole sales cycle, from an initial consultation through to purchase
• Act as one of the technical contacts, providing expert advice and addressing technical questions related to solar energy systems
• Develop detailed solar systems using our internal technology platform to assess the feasibility of solar energy projects
• Utilise modelling software and tools (SolarEdge) to design solar PV systems, including site layouts and component placement
• Manage an ongoing pipeline of customers, guiding them through the consultation process and ensuring regular contact to ultimately secure a sale
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve modelling accuracy

Switchd is a data-driven platform offering two services - Switchd and MakeMyHouseGreen, both of which analyse and compare prices, energy readings, and domestic appliances to help homeowners save money on their energy, whilst also reducing their carbon footprint. Switchd focuses on energy supply switching services and green tariffs, whilst MakeMyHouseGreen helps homeowners source and install domestic renewable energy supplies.
