Our take

Join has developed a platform that allows recruiters to create custom job ads and instantly post them across over 100 job search sites, whilst also offering applicant tracking system (ATS) and chat capabilities to help manage the resulting flow of candidates.

The appeal is obvious: with talent shortages rife in the current job market, and job listings boards highly fragmented, attracting and identifying the right candidates is time consuming work. Integrating all aspects of the workflow whilst cutting out the drudgery of multiposting and candidate admin helps ease pressure on HR departments who have, over recent years, seen their workloads balloon.

It’s a simple but effective premise that’s won Join over 35,000 clients, including enterprises like accenture, Sony, and Lufthansa. Plus, by operating on a freemium model, Join has also ensured it can net engagement from the growing number of SMEs and small brands - and retain a strong edge in the hotly competitive (and handsomely funded) European recruitment tech market.
