IT Engineer Intern, Applovin

• We are currently searching for a Junior IT engineer with proficient technical knowledge and experience supporting MacOS and Windows systems

• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of IT systems administration, including core SaaS business applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta), and advanced troubleshooting on Mac OS & Windows OS

• Physically manage IT equipment, capable of lifting/moving items weighing up to 30 Lbs
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related area of study, Information Systems, or 1-2 years of educational experience related to a technical degree

Desirable

• In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to computer users, focusing on the maintenance and support of our SaaS environment, hardware inventory, and tools used to ensure AppLovin employees have access to the resources they need
• Responsibilities involve setting up and removing endpoints, configuring and maintaining systems, conducting technical research and development, and following up on daily tasks
• SaaS Management: Assist with the administration and maintenance of our SaaS services, including but not limited to Slack, Okta, Jira, and Zoom
• IT Support and Administration: Working knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and fixing computer hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Hardware Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of hardware assets, including procurement, device management (Apple with Kandji and Windows with Intune), and depreciation
• Software Asset Management: Assist in managing the lifecycle of software/application assets from procurement to assignment to reclamation of licenses
• Daily IT Operations: Handle day-to-day IT tasks, including troubleshooting and support. Ability to manage IT and networking hardware, including, but not limited to, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, Zoom Conference system, firewalls, switches, and APs
• End User Support: Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Team Support: Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement IT solutions that meet the organization's needs
• Documentation and Process Standardization: Write clear documentation and develop reproducible steps for issue resolution and oral communication skills with end users and the Global team
• Security Vigilance: Stay updated with 0-day security issues and remediate them promptly. Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect IT systems and data
• Projects: Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned
