- As a Senior Software Engineer at Qualifyze, you play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction and contributing to the success of our products
- You're not just responsible for writing code; you're also a mentor, a leader, and a key influencer in our engineering culture
- Your expertise and guidance help drive projects forward, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives
- Communicate effectively with other team members, product managers, and management
- Follow and contribute to the development and maintenance of our working agreements, ensuring adherence among team members
- Work autonomously, taking ownership of stories, programming, and coordinating tasks without external assistance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Serve as a mentor (not manager) for more junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development
- Collaborate with peers from different functions and the leadership team, impacting departments across the company
- Work mostly autonomously within your scope, requiring light supervision or technical expertise for validation
- Own and solve complex tasks that are part of large projects or lead small projects independently
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to drive projects, influencing architectural decisions and defining technical strategies
- Contribute to the completion of development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, offering insights and solutions to overcome challenges
Our take
Qualifyze is an online platform that provides supplier audits for the pharma industry, aiming to decrease bottlenecks by implementing curated data and insights for stakeholders and strategic decision-makers.
Based out of Frankfurt, Qualifyze was founded as a solution to the supply shortage in the pharmaceutical industry. This problem has become 20 times more prevalent between 2000 and 2018 and has led to pharmaceutical companies having to slow down research into new drugs for the treatment of serious illnesses.
Qualifyze's solution to this has turned the heads of investors and led to significant funding so far, which has been used to grow its supplier client base whilst expanding its offices across the EU.
