Who you are
- At least 3-4 years of experience working with an international revenue organization and playing a key role in driving productivity for Sales Operations
- Operations professional with a passion for driving productivity, improving processes and using new technology to drive revenue at a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, align and work with teams based in the US
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment

What the job involves
- Reports to: Director, International Revenue Operations
- We are looking for a Senior Analyst within the Revenue Operations team to develop key enabling tools, streamline processes and create actionable reporting throughout the revenue organization
- In this role, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and providing recommendations to the business on where to focus and drive impact
- Optimize our existing Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability and fit for our international revenue organization
- Partner with our international Sales leaders to provide productivity gains and execute the revenue strategy
- Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including working with leaders to create and refine templates and prioritize Asks of the Business coming out of QBR meetings from both leaders and individual contributors
- Evaluate, refine and identify areas of opportunity across our technology stack, processes and workflows that will enhance productivity
- Explore and implement new tools that are specific to international needs
- Build international territories in partnership with on the ground leadership
- Partner with our Insights and BI teams to dive deep within data and ensure teams are following processes to collect the right data and insights
- Create and support on regular cadence of business reporting needs and SFDC dashboards
- Anticipate the needs of scaling the International Revenue organization and be proactive in delivering the tools, processes, strategy and analytics that are needed

It helps that its tools are undoubtedly effective and valued by knowledge professionals: the company counts about 85% of the S&P 100 as customers and is trusted by J.P.Morgan, Microsoft, Credit Suisse and Google, among other major enterprises.
Having raised a large amount of funding over 2022 and 2023, AlphaSense has moved quickly to double down on its expansion in European markets, opening an office in Berlin to support this. With 2024 seeing investment from Singaporean EDBI, it has now set its sights on the Asia-Pacific region. As business intelligence will remain key for enterprises as they compete for market share, AlphaSense is well-placed for additional future growth.
