• Partner with Product and Design to refine roadmaps, align technical priorities, and deliver great user experiences
• Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans and iterative deliverables
• Continuously improving how teams collaborate, plan, and execute across disciplines
• Support hiring efforts and team capacity planning in collaboration with People Ops
• Partners effectively with Product Management, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences
