Who you are

We’re hiring a Marketing Associate who wants to build at the intersection of technology, capital markets, and product-led growth
Startup-minded builder. You don’t wait for structure—you create it. You’re comfortable figuring things out, improving processes and creating new ones
Finance-curious thinker. You’re interested in fintech, capital markets, or personal finance
Operator with leverage. You use AI tools and technology to increase output, automate repetitive work, and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality
0–2 years of relevant experience
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Demonstrated interest in product marketing
Strong writing and editing skills
High ownership, bias for action, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), design software (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot), and ESPs (Mailchimp, SendGrid)
Ability to work in-office 1-2 days a week in Union Square, NYC

What the job involves

You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to scale dv01’s GTM function supporting product marketing, content strategy, and user activation initiatives that drive measurable engagement with issuers, investors, and lenders across asset-backed finance
Support product marketing. Help shape positioning, refine messaging, and build one-pagers and sales enablement materials
Elevate research distribution. Copy-edit research, turn reports into distribution-ready content (email, blog, LinkedIn), and ensure our thought leadership drives engagement
Help execute webinars and podcasts. Support logistics, promotion, and follow-up to convert engagement into meetings
Build scalable processes. Improve documentation, campaign workflows, and reporting infrastructure as the marketing function grows

Our take

Analyzing and utilizing huge data sets is a laborious process for investors and the consumer lending industry. Sifting through databases with tens of thousands of cells is already tedious, and the analysis of international data through archaic technology presents further complications.

dv01 believes these challenges have the potential to result in a financial endemic. It aims to solve it through end-to-end data management, reporting, and analytic solutions designed bespoke for mortgage and consumer lending markets.

Whilst there are competitors offering similar, individual services in this space, dv01 stands out by providing an end-to-end platform. This has been successful in attracting over 400 companies including Redwood Trust, Lending Club, and Western Asset, and has now seen the company be acquired by Fitch Solutions.
