Manager of Outbound Sales, MoeGo

• 3+ years leading SaaS sales teams
• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
• Experience leading outbound prospecting teams
• Proven track record exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
• Strong coaching skills with evidence of developing top performers
• Deep understanding of outbound sales motions and sales metrics
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, etc.)

• We're looking for an experienced, highly accountable Manager, Outbound Sales to build and lead MoeGo's first outbound sales organization
• This is not a role for someone who simply manages forecasts. We're looking for a builder who loves creating process, coaching reps, inspecting execution, and developing a high-performance culture
• You'll hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for generating and closing business through outbound prospecting. You'll establish the operating cadence, activity expectations, coaching framework, and performance standards that become the foundation of MoeGo's outbound motion
• You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and pipeline generation
• Recruit, onboard, and develop exceptional outbound Account Executives
• Create a culture centered around accountability, execution, continuous improvement, and winning
• Establish clear expectations for daily activity, pipeline generation, and revenue performance
• Coach representatives through call reviews, deal strategy, objection handling, and prospecting techniques
• Conduct regular one-on-ones focused on performance, career development, and skill growth
• Own team attainment across outbound pipeline generation and closed revenue
