Business Development Manager, Searchland

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
• Experience working in PropTech, Real Estate, or Planning
• A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proven success running live product demos that convert into closed deals
• Strong experience using CRM software, ideally HubSpot
• Confidence in managing a full sales cycle and presenting to varied stakeholders

Desirable

• Drive new business growth by prospecting, pitching and closing SaaS deals with customers in real estate, construction, property and land
• Deliver engaging 30 minute product demonstrations, both virtual and in person, that show the impact of Searchland’s platform
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing
• Build strong relationships with decision makers, adapting your approach to different audiences
• Provide clear feedback and insights from prospects to help shape our product and customer journey
• Represent Searchland at industry and networking events to grow your pipeline and brand presence
