Role
Who you are
- Ideal candidates will have experience in pricing software, ERPs, or related industry domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, pricing software solutions, or commercial optimization platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches for complex software products
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a distributed, remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management
- Hands-on experience with product marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and familiarity with pricing solutions, ERPs, and CRMs
- Strong background in competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights, with the ability to influence roadmap prioritization and product strategy
- Technical expertise to translate complex product details into clear, compelling messages for both internal and external audiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and presenting to senior leadership
- Strategic Product Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B pricing solutions, including positioning, messaging, and differentiation
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Deep understanding of the pricing solutions landscape, including competitive dynamics, market trends, and customer needs
- Customer-Centric Approach: Skilled at conducting voice-of-customer interviews, gathering insights, and integrating feedback into product and marketing strategies
- Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated experience leading initiatives and aligning product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to achieve common goals

What the job involves
- We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us bring our price management and execution engine product line to market and drive customer adoption
- The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Enable’s price management and execution engine will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position our pricing solutions effectively in the market
- This role requires a deep understanding of B2B pricing strategies, competitive intelligence, and market analysis
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for Enable’s price management and execution engine product line, focusing on positioning, messaging, and differentiation
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand the pricing solutions landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities to influence product strategy
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create compelling product narratives and enablement materials tailored to the Enable’s pricing solutions
- Drive strategies to engage key industry verticals and increase market penetration for pricing solutions
- Lead customer and prospect interviews to gather voice-of-customer insights related to pricing challenges and needs
- Own the end-to-end process for product launches and commercialization of pricing product lines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure success
- Collaborate with product marketing peers to develop holistic messaging that supports the broader commercial optimization vision and GTM strategy for pricing
- Advocate for customer and market needs within the product development process, influencing roadmap prioritization based on insights from market research and customer feedback
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs), using insights to optimize future initiatives
- Present insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and roadmap priorities
Our take
Rebates – payments from seller to buyer after the buyer has purchased specified goods – are an essential part of operations in a range of industries, acting as both an incentive to drive sales as well as a way to foster loyalty between trading partners. However, the archaic systems and timely practices surrounding the management of these rebates has the potential to negate the intended benefits. Enable delivers a rebate management platform that drives trusted relationships between B2B trading partners, by simplifying processes and minimising disputes.
Enable was founded in 2016 in response to the supply chain problems caused by the lack of trust, lost agreements, and siloed data surrounding rebates. Its platform automates processes to increase efficiency, allows rebate claims to be made in a timelier manner, manages pricing calculations and, importantly, reduces disputes by keeping accurate audit trails. The company stands out by a focus not only on simplifying rebate processes, but going further to convert rebates into an “engine for growth”.
Enable has raised considerable funding and support, and served many customers, demonstrating the utility of its product. Investment is cited to go towards increasing headcount and accelerating its growth into new global markets.
