Who you are
- Have a proven track record in selling complex automation solutions, with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer decision-making processes in technical environments
- Bring strong business development skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities, negotiate effectively, and align solutions to client needs
- Be Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results in a dynamic market environment
What the job involves
- Develop and implement a robust commercial strategy to drive lead generation, new business acquisition, and the expansion of existing accounts
- Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline, fostering relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met
- Operate autonomously to identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute strategies that enhance lead generation and account development

Einride is the leading provider of digital, electric, and autonomous shipping technology. In the green-conscious modern age, the company’s advanced charging infrastructure, and autonomous, electric vehicles provide a way for the shipping industry to innovate for efficiency, alongside making operations more environmentally friendly.
Shipping emissions represent a significant portion of yearly greenhouse gas emissions, yet the industry has been reluctant to make the shift to EVs. By providing a complete system – with route and fleet optimization, charging solutions, and intelligent coordination – Einride creates incentive for shipping businesses to switch out their old vehicles and operations. Freight mobility grids such as that at Sunset Landing, LA, create a point of access for clients to create and scale their autonomous and electric activities.
Einride, that boasts shipping giant Maersk among its clients, has raised a substantial amount of funding to expand the business and both broaden and accelerate product development. The company has partnered with the Belgian brewing company InBev to launch an EV fleet in Benelux, which it hopes will act as an access point to reach more clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
