Who you are
- The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in selling and managing midmarket and enterprise solutions, with a proven ability to develop external business relationships that influence lead generation and business development
- 15+ years of experience of sales and sales leadership roles, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Cloud Solutions
- Proven ability to manage and inspire sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Experience working with external business relationships to influence lead generation and business development efforts
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Echo System, their applications, and value propositions
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Sales – Existing Client Sales (Microsoft) to lead our efforts in growing our Microsoft Business practice
- This role focuses on driving revenue growth across Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions while managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Set clear sales revenue and client addition targets and ensure the team achieves and exceeds them consistently
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and client base for All of Sikich’s Services and Advisory teams
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Drive the effective use of CRM tools to track opportunities, maintain client relationships, and ensure team accountability
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external business partners, influencers, and stakeholders to drive lead generation and expand business opportunities
- Work with Sikich Consulting Services to insure clients are aligned with services during the sales process
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and other key partners to align on joint go-to-market strategies
- Stay informed on Microsoft’s product roadmap and ensure the company’s services align with emerging opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals and strategies
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings based on market trends and client feedback
