Role
Who you are
- Experience in sales or business development, ideally in the UK/IE and preferably within the automotive or IT environment
- In-depth experience as a sales expert in a hybrid role who opens new doors while growing existing partnerships to expand TecAlliance’s footprint in the UK & Ireland
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently, highlighting our value in a competitive market
- Established B2B sales experience and a professional, self-driven working style
- Strong sales analysis, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365
- Willingness to travel within the region this would include working away from home a couple of nights per week and occasionally to our offices in Germany
- Fluent English skills (B2+)

- You’ll join a focused regional team of specialists — a Commercial Business Owner, Technical Consultant, Sales Service, and 1stLevel Support — all committed to providing customers with expert guidance, fast responses, and real value throughout the entire aftermarket value chain

- Understand customer challenges and match them with the right TecAlliance solutions
- Introduce and demonstrate TecDoc and TecRMI to prospects in a clear, value‑driven way
- Build and maintain strong relationships, becoming a trusted partner to customers across the aftermarket value chain
- Drive the entire sales process — from first contact to closing — while keeping an eye on new opportunities along the way
- Translate technical information into meaningful business outcomes customers can act on
- Stay organized and structured with documentation, follow-ups, CRM activities, and pipeline management

If you've ever tried to source a part for a car repair, you'll know it can be a real nightmare. Vehicles are precision instruments, but without standardisation, identifying the exact part you need can be extremely difficult. TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
