Who you are

  • Around 3 years experience in a client-facing or support role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Support) - working with large / key accounts
  • Excellent communication skills - clear, confident, and personable
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with data and using insights to support decision-making
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms, productivity tools, etc
  • A self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
  • A team player who takes initiative and is eager to learn

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Key Account Executive to join our growing Agent Success team, where you’ll support our Key Account Manager in managing relationships with some of the UK’s top estate agencies
  • This is a brilliant opportunity to build your career in account management and client success while playing a key role in ensuring our high-value agency partners thrive on the GetAgent platform
  • You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for our key accounts - managing day-to-day needs, resolving issues with the support of the Key Account Manager, and helping to deliver an outstanding partner experience
  • Act as a key point of contact for our top-performing estate agents, supporting the Key Account Manager in day-to-day client interactions
  • Assist in preparing and delivering performance reviews, presentations, onboarding sessions, reports, and insights to our partners
  • Respond to queries from key accounts in a timely, professional and solution focused manner
  • Manage and resolve account-related issues, coordinating across teams and escalating where needed with the support of the Key Account Manager
  • Keep CRM systems and internal records updated with accurate, up-to-date information on account activity
  • Spot opportunities to enhance the agent experience and improve team processes
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Agent Success team to ensure clients are getting the most from our platform
  • Gain hands-on experience working with senior stakeholders and growing your skillset within a supportive team environment
  • Taking part in various projects and events, with a focus on raising the profile of the GetAgent throughout the Estate Agent community

Homeowners looking to sell use this information to help them choose the best estate agent and maximise the sale value of their homes.

GetAgent also provides agents with leads that they only pay for if the introduction turns into a sale, with thousands of estate agents making use of the platform. Altogether, the sales of over £100 billion worth of property have been associated with the platform, through hundreds of thousands of homeowner users.

The data GetAgent uses to create performance comparisons originates from the research the company had conducted itself on the real estate industry, the results of which it makes publicly available. This transparency, and the wider work of the platform, aim to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the estate agency market in an alternative way to other market players.
