Who you are

- Pursuing a degree in business analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field
- Positive attitude, high level of passion and curiosity, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn
- Excellent verbal/written communication and project management skills and an ability to work with cross functional partners/agencies
- Experience with any of the following: Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive SMS or Looker are a plus
What the job involves
- Term: 4 months (May to August 2025)
- This is an incredible opportunity is for a passionate learner to help scale a rapidly growing ecommerce business through improved customer relationships across email, SMS, unboxing and undiscovered channels
- Support the CRM and Retention teams with the planning and implementation of personalized email, SMS and unboxing campaigns
- Contribute to the campaign content calendar for email and SMS campaigns, including promotions, product launches and brand messaging
- Partner with our Creative team by writing clear creative briefs for email, SMS and landing page content
- Use data and analysis to identify new opportunities to personalize the customer journey – considering both new and returning customers
- Report on core CRM KPIs and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and enhance performance
- All other duties, as assigned

Open Farm sells nutrition-focused pet food for dogs and cats at online and retail stores, with ingredients obtained from sources with excellent animal welfare standards and low carbon footprints. From its recipes to its packaging, the company displays a strong focus on ethics and environmental responsibility, and stands out for its transparency.
As consumer sentiment trends towards more conscious purchasing, there is a widening market for products such as Open Farm's. The company has been steadily growing its presence in the expanding pet food sector, and introduced an online carbon footprint tool that allows consumers to see the carbon footprint of all its products.
