- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B2C web-based technology products
- Startup experience, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and fintech industry knowledge are highly valued

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort level navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively. Demonstrated understanding of modern web technologies and architectures

What the job involves
- You will partner closely with our Client Experience team to deeply understand customer needs, define feature scopes, and deliver impactful enhancements to our client-facing web application, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey
- Shape the Product Roadmap: Collaborate strategically with product managers, design, engineering, sustainability, and investments teams to develop and prioritize a dynamic product roadmap for our client experience platform
- Align Business & Customer Goals: Translate Ethic's business objectives and customer aspirations into actionable product strategies, identifying opportunities to drive growth, improve retention, and optimize operational efficiency
- Insight-Driven Problem Solving: Employ a collaborative problem-solving approach, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and propose solutions that deliver measurable business impact
- Elevate the User Experience: Champion the enhancement of Ethic’s advisor and end-client experience across the entire client lifecycle, focusing on intuitive design and functionality
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own and refine existing products, including internal tools, by actively gathering, analyzing, and integrating user feedback into the product roadmap
- Strategic Communication & Collaboration: Proactively communicate product updates and project status to internal stakeholders, anticipate and resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of impactful features
- Strategic Project Support: Contribute to strategic projects and partnerships, leveraging your product expertise to drive successful outcomes

Ethic is capitalising on two major trends: the democratisation of the financial system through FinTechs, and the growing awareness among investors about the social impact and costs of where they are putting their money.
Ethic help investors to understand and define their values, gain transparency into their current portfolio, and engage with the real-world impact their investments are having. This makes it easier to ensure their investments match with their personal ethics while still yielding solid returns.
Although the company faces competition in the ethical investing space from the likes of Algbra, Ethic's product stands out with its user-friendly design. The company has attracted significant investment and is smartly poised to weather any changes in investor appetite in the years to come.
