Demand Generation Associate, EvenUp

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, direct mail, or campaign management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for campaign optimization and innovation
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sendoso) and CRM systems
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign needs, including inventory management for physical campaigns
