What the job involves
- As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play an integral role in all aspects of the creation, management, and execution of marketing needs for our Fleet Solutions line of business
- You will use your creativity to effectively communicate both internally and externally, to drive marketing initiatives including proprietary website content, bi-weekly newsletter creation, sales enablement collateral, customer and/or supplier-specific campaigns, etc
- This key position reports to the Director, Fleet Solutions Marketing within our Global Marketing team
- Manage all aspects of bi-weekly newsletters to customer base using Marketo application
- Manage the current state of proprietary website content by interacting with supplier personnel, driving promotional campaigns, managing needed edits, verifying web links to remote content, and contributing to website improvements
- Proactively work within each sales area to develop sales enablement tools and deliverables that better assist sales efforts
- Support the preparation of presentation materials to report on supplier performance initiatives and sales efforts
- Host conference calls and webinars with internal teams, supplier contacts, or customers as needed
- Work closely with sales teams on target accounts and campaign execution
- Assist in developing and communicating marketing plans, campaign results to senior management
- Manage automated marketing nurture campaigns and report on efficacy, whether to suppliers or internally
- Conceptualize, design, and assist with the creation of materials that speak to holistic fleet solutions
- Assist with management of details related to Corcentric-hosted and industry events
- Create and manage content for representation of the fleet business on internal communications website
