• Paralegal Diploma, Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent legal education
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a paralegal or legal professional
• Experience working within an in-house legal department, law firm, or complex commercial environment
• Strong experience reviewing, organizing and managing legal and commercial documentation
• Ability to manage confidential and commercially sensitive information
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams

• Support legal counsel in the preparation, review, execution and administration of commercial agreements
• Maintain and organize contract repositories and legal document management systems

• Prepare contract summaries, obligation trackers and legal issue logs
• Coordinate execution of legal agreements and maintain executed agreement records
• Support legal counsel and project teams on major project documentation and contract administration matters
• Assist with the management of intellectual property records, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and technology licensing agreements
• Maintain records relating to confidentiality obligations and proprietary technology
• Support intellectual property protection initiatives and technology transfer activities
