Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with many moving pieces
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn context quickly to independently handle complex logistics

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Project Manager to streamline engineering operations for our Vehicle OS product organization
- As our team grows by dozens of people per quarter, maintaining a high operational bar is essential to our success
- You will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the logistics, culture, and administrative systems that keep our engineering organization running smoothly at peak performance
- This role requires someone gritty who can multi-task effectively and ensure that high-priority tasks are closed out across multiple workstreams
- You will work directly with the Head of Engineering to manage the "pulse" of the organization, from onboarding new hires at scale to ensuring our team remains cohesive through rapid expansion
- Own the logistics for the Vehicle OS organization, including customer visits and team space management, in a way that aligns with the teams’ workflows
- Act as the DRI for team culture and health, establishing a consistent cadence of monthly events, happy hours, and cross-team dinners
- Maintain a high quality bar for internal communications, including the logistics and content coordination for monthly all-hands meetings
- Scale our internal onboarding by developing "Academy-style" materials that cover information on our products, customers, and internal operations
- Increase leadership leverage by tracking and driving a high volume of action items to completion across various engineering projects
- Streamline quarterly administrative cycles, such as completing product and team progress reviews, to reduce the operational load on engineering managers

Autonomous vehicles present a lot of challenging problems to engineers, particularly in terms of safety and reliability, and testing and development can be infamously slow. Applied Intuition provides software to run simulations and tests for autonomous vehicles more quickly and effectively, speeding up the development and launch of AVs for multiple industries.
With big companies such as Tesla and Google focused on developing automation, Applied Intuition has the scope to provide the software that makes it a reality. The company’s suite of simulation, validation, and drive log management software aids in the more efficient deployment of autonomous vehicles, with companies such as Toyota, Nissan, and General Motors relying on its solutions.
As the autonomous vehicles market accelerates, Applied Intuition is well set for growth, especially as it continues to expand its capabilities. Notable developments include the acquisitions of CarSim, Scenebox and Embark Trucks, as well as partnerships with AMBA and Valeo. All these efforts seek to bolster the company's offering towards supporting the faster and safer deployment of AVs, whilst a $600 million Series F round awarded in 2025 will go towards its next phase of product development, alongside key hires across its product team.
