Who you are
- Proven Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated success in an analyst role supporting finance, trading, commercial, or FP&A, with a track record of delivering impactful insights
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business performance drivers, with the ability to translate data into clear actions
- Commerce Savvy: Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a strong awareness of funnel management and related performance metrics is highly desirable
- Technical Proficiency: Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings (Advanced SQL knowledge is a requirement)

As a Trading Senior Analyst in our UK Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving actionable insights that directly influence key decisions across our trading department and senior leadership team

- This is a hands-on technical role, where you will own and deliver performance analyses, uncover rapid insights on critical topics, and continuously enhance our trading reporting suite
- Working closely with key stakeholders, including the trading department and our Trading Senior Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to drive data-driven success
- Lead Trading Analysis: Drive the trading analysis workstream, identifying trends and uncovering insights that inform business performance and decision-making
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a suite of trading reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Insights Delivery: Provide rapid, actionable insights on key trading topics to inform strategy and execution
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the trading department and senior leadership to frame business questions, deliver meaningful analyses, and ensure alignment on objectives
- Visual Storytelling: Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker or Sheets) to create impactful reports and tools that empower better trading decisions
