Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or event coordination, ideally within a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage logistics with ease
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, proactively solving challenges as they arise

What the job involves
- As a People Operations Coordinator at Motion, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our employees through thoughtful coordination and planning
- This role will focus on logistics and events that help drive our company culture, such as offsites, onboarding bootcamps, and team hacker houses
- You’ll ensure that every detail is accounted for—from booking flights to scheduling onboarding events—creating a smooth and positive experience for everyone
- This is an exciting opportunity to help shape every employee’s experience at Motion
- Coordinate and manage logistics for company events, including offsites, new hire bootcamps, and team hacker houses
- Book flights, accommodations, conference rooms, and other necessary resources to facilitate seamless travel and event experiences
- Oversee the onboarding process by scheduling and managing onboarding calendar events for new hires
- Arrange for shipping and ordering of necessary equipment and supplies, including laptops, company swag, and anniversary tokens
- Maintain and update records related to events, purchases, and equipment allocations

Operating on the principle that “if you can explain your business to a neighbor, you can turn on Wonderly”, it’s created what could be a game-changer for the B2C and SMBs out there that feel the AI boom has left them behind.
