- You’re a full-cycle recruiter with the confidence to lead searches independently and the humility to know every role—and every business—is different
- You bring structure, urgency, and care to each hiring process, and you’re known for building trust on both sides of the table
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment
- Skilled in sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience using LinkedIn, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), and sourcing tools
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and educate stakeholders on best practices

- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions or departments, with minimal oversight
- Conduct structured intake meetings, capturing role requirements and influencing processes
- Design and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive talent pipelining for recurring, low-complexity roles
- Screen candidates, manage interview processes and handle offer negotiations
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and interview panels
- Leverage recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DEI representation) to keep stakeholders informed and adjust search strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS data and generate reports to track progress against hiring goals
- Collaborate with the coordinator team to ensure seamless scheduling and communication
- Champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias in process design

To remedy this, AlphaSense has built a smart search engine that slashes research time for analysts, using thousands of sources and a semantic indexing layer that can effectively query finance-specific language.
As a disruptor and market leader in this field, AlphaSense has few direct competitors, being most closely compared to Wolfram Alpha or LexisNexis. It helps that its tools are undoubtedly effective and valued by knowledge professionals: the company counts about 85% of the S&P 100 as customers and is trusted by J.P.Morgan, Microsoft, Credit Suisse and Google, among other major enterprises.
Having raised a large amount of funding over 2022 and 2023, AlphaSense has moved quickly to double down on its expansion in European markets, opening an office in Berlin to support this. With 2024 seeing investment from Singaporean EDBI, it has now set its sights on the Asia-Pacific region. As business intelligence will remain key for enterprises as they compete for market share, AlphaSense is well-placed for additional future growth.
