What the job involves
- We're seeking experienced and results-driven individuals in Amsterdam who have experience in Account Management and Payments/FinTech to join our energetic sales team at Lightspeed Commerce. As an Account Manager in our Capital team, you will be responsible for managing a book of retail and hospitality customers to support the growth and operations of these Lightspeed customers through the offering of our Financial services
- Providing exceptionally high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to position and drive awareness on Lightspeed Capital for merchants
- Building a trusted advisor relationship with your customers and identify where Financial Service opportunities lie across your book of business
- Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximise the growth of your book of business
- Achieving sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service to each merchant and coordinating with the Regional leader for Account Management to maximise opportunities within the assigned territory
