Who you are

Experience in a similar People, operations, or administrative role. Exposure to a fast-paced or startup environment is a bonus
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage (and juggle!) multiple priorities
Proficiency in Google Workspace (comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and familiarity with HR systems. Experience with payroll systems and using SaaS/cloud-based platforms is advantageous
A proactive, ‘can-do’ mindset with a flexible and collaborative approach
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

What the job involves

We're on the lookout for a hands-on People & Operations Executive to join our growing startup covering maternity leave. In a business of our size, no two days are the same—you’ll get exposure to a wide range of areas, working closely with teams across the company and playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly
From People (HR) support and office management to wider operational tasks, you’ll have plenty of variety
Plus, working alongside our VP of People, you'll gain valuable insight into business partnering and how People strategy connects to the bigger picture. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love getting stuck in, this could be the perfect role for you!
