Who you are

4+ years in a product or platform leadership role within a tech-driven startup/scaleup business
Proven experience in managing and building a tech team from scratch
Proven track record of delivering cross-functional platform improvements and roadmap ownership
Passionate about the potential of AI to enhance both product and team efficiency
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience using CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), ITSM tools, and/or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to align stakeholders at every level
Highly organised, independent, and accountable
Energised by working in a growing, purpose-led company with ambitious goals

Desirable

Previous experience working in a similar industry is desirable

What the job involves

Define and own the platform and operations roadmap across key areas like billing, reporting, onboarding and process automation
Embed AI opportunities into product initiatives and operational workflows
Work closely with Leadership, Sales, Operations and Support to gather requirements and build solutions
Define clear user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Drive internal tooling and workflow optimisation—leveraging AI where appropriate
Use data and insight to iterate on product decisions and roadmap direction
