Desirable

• As part of our Legal team, you’ll help accelerate and protect MGID’s business across one of the most complex and fast-moving markets — the United States
• Your judgment and creativity will ensure that every deal, partnership, and product launch moves fast, stays compliant, and builds lasting trust
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, IOs, DPAs/SCCs, BAAs, and data-sharing agreements with advertisers, publishers, and tech partners
• Develop negotiation playbooks, clause libraries, and approval matrices to speed up deal cycles and reduce redline churn
• Advise Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams on advertising formats, FTC guidelines, and privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
• Support pre-litigation dispute resolution and manage cooperation with external counsel when needed
• Train commercial teams on compliant advertising practices, data handling, and risk awareness
• Partner closely with Sales, Publisher Development, and Ad Ops to enable clean, fast, and consistent contracting across markets
