Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, Ping Identity

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
• CPA
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting or financial reporting experience preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Works well in a team environment, as well as independently
• Excellent research & analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through to execute all tasks

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Senior to join our Finance team
• Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in preparing and filing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting both internal and external reporting processes

• Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Assist in the interpretation and application of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
• Prepare and book monthly stock-based compensation journal entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audits, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is provided
• Assist technical accounting team by conducting research on complex accounting transactions and preparing written accounting memos for review by management and external auditors
• Work closely with internal teams (FP&A, tax, corp dev, etc.) and external advisors (e.g., legal counsel) as needed to support all financial data reporting needs
