Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of high-performance partner or sales experience within fast-growth environments. Food and beverage industry experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are a must. Strategic/Analytical thinker
- Track record of building new and expanding existing partnerships
- Fluent with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce. Network of contacts are a plus too!
- Position may entail up to 30% travel
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Key Account Manager to be part of our national channel sales team
- This role will be responsible for delivering assigned monthly recurring revenue, a dedicated resource to our strategic and independent channel partners, and owning key activities to leverage and strengthen our relationship
- Lead key communications with strategic and independent accounts. Grow relationships and partner led deals to the level where partners become an engine and an extended salesforce for Bevi
- Keep track of Partner performance and ensure compliance with sales metrics and service level agreements, so that Bevi’s machines are properly maintained and Bevi’s brand is properly reflected across all channels
- Design and implement sales strategies for accounts (e.g. incentive programs, promos to grow particular regions or verticals, etc.)
- Organize Quarterly Business Reviews and annual business plans
- Ensure partner enablement activities, including onboarding, training and education, offboarding
- Represent Bevi at relevant tradeshows and events
Our take
Americans buy billions of water bottles per year, the manufacture of which uses millions of barrels of crude oil. This alone causes significant damage to the environment, before even considering the carbon impact of delivery or the plastic waste produced. Bevi hopes to change this, with its smart beverage-dispensing machine that only requires a tap water source to function.
Bevi’s dispensers allow users to customize their drinks, check nutrition information and track the environmental impact of their usage. With the ability to carbonate beverages as well as flavor them with natural essences, and even some caffeine and electrolytes if one wishes, Bevi has created a versatile hydration system that caters to the modern consumer on both eco-conscious and personal taste levels.
This simple and effective hydration system has become popular across industries, with over 4000 companies including Volkswagen, Netflix and Google making use of Bevi machines. The company, though having to fight through some self-admittedly "frightening" times, has raised significant funding that will support its rapid growth and expansion into new verticals and products.
