- Solid analytic skills and understanding of social media and performance marketing metrics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal team members and influencers/content creators
- Ability to help ideate on and contribute to creative content ideas
- Work experience in organic and paid social media
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels a plus, in particular, how to leverage paid channels to amplify influencer content
- Strong ability to multitask with respect to managing multiple active partnerships and influencer programs across multiple brands
- Experience (or interest) in interior design and home furnishings is a plus but not required
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Associate, Influencer Marketing who will be partnering with our Manager, Community and Influencer to project manage and execute on our Influencer and brand ambassador campaigns across our portfolio of brands
- Ultimately, you will play an important role on a team that is helping to drive brand awareness and revenue driven by influencer content across a range of social platforms
- Support the Manager on all aspects of Influencer marketing and brand ambassador campaigns, from sourcing to tracking deliverables to analytics and reporting
- Help nurture relationships with Influencer and ambassador partners; help identify potential ambassadors out of the Influencer pool to build longer term relationships
- Project-manage Influencer campaigns and work cross functionally across brands to ensure timely gifting and payments; ensure all aspects of the relationship with the creator are going smoothly
- Collaborate with performance, organic and lifecycle teams to amplify Influencer content on both paid and organic channels on a frequent, recurring basis as contracts allow
- Participate in weekly Influencer strategy meetings to get buy-in on new partnerships, share progress against goals
- Work closely with in-house content team and merchandising teams to align the social media strategy for influencers with our overall content plan
- Report on campaign performance regularly and make recommendations to achieve better KPI’s where needed
- Get to know all six Havenly Brands inside and out; understand their unique customer base and their unique value propositions so that it aids in marrying the right influencers with the right brand
- Leverage the influencer sourcing and tracking platform; meet with the vendor regularly to best leverage channel-specific tools and beta new features

Havenly's two-pronged approach to the interior design business could see it win big over the coming years. It has lately focussed on acquiring brands such as The Inside, Interior Define and The Citizenry, as well as venturing into IRL services with the launch of “Havenly At Home”.
