Who you are
- Recruitment Cycle Experience: You have experience managing parts of or the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle (agency or in-house), with a strong focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Enthusiasm & Growth Mindset: Your enthusiasm, passion and positive attitude are encouraged, and you are motivated to continuously improve and be the best version of yourself
- Process-Oriented & Detail-Focused: You are detail-oriented and always looking for ways to improve processes and champion our employer brand
- Bonus Points (Nice to Have, Not Essential): Knowledge of the pharma/healthcare industry, experience organizing recruitment days, hiring Sales talent, or recruiting in Miami and London would be a plus
What the job involves
- EMJ is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to attract and recruit ‘Gold Medal Winners’ to further strengthen our team
- Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from job posting to offer, partnering with hiring managers and conducting video interviews
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles and align expectations for successful hires
- Create Engaging Job Advertisements: Develop and post engaging job ads on our careers page, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent
- Proactively Source Candidates: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to headhunt and source candidates for open positions
- Manage Recruitment Data & KPIs: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and speed of our hiring process
- Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Feel comfortable providing and receiving feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our recruitment strategies
- To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week
