Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of relevant internship or full-time experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing
Familiar with social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc
Basic skills in writing, organizing projects, and communicating across teams
Strong interest in automotive, tech, or lifestyle content preferred
Comfortable working in both English and Mandarin environments is a plus

What the job involves

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join FF’s marketing content and growth team
In this role, you will assist with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) outreach, social media operations, and support content planning and execution
This is an entry-level to early-career role ideal for someone passionate about social media, influencer culture, and brand storytelling
Support outreach and communication with influencers, creators, and media partners
Help manage influencer lists, briefing documents, scheduling, and follow-ups
Coordinate social media publishing calendars and basic content uploads (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
Participate in content brainstorms and assist with writing captions, video outlines, or script drafts
Join on-site content shoots, influencer visits, and events as needed to support operations and logistics
Track content performance and assist with organizing assets and reporting results
Follow platform trends and popular creators to bring fresh input to content development
