Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results
- Proven expertise in managing and optimising digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and conversions
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and strategies to improve organic search performance and drive website traffic
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing demand generation and lead nurturing strategies that optimise the MQL pipeline
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially sales, to align marketing efforts and improve lead quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while managing hands-on execution of campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (or similar), and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns and analyse performance
What the job involves
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive qualified traffic and engagement
- Implement nurture strategies to move prospects through the funnel effectively
- Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media)
- Oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic search rankings and drive website traffic
- Create and refine retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential leads
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and support sales objectives
- Monitor and analyse email performance to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Align digital marketing efforts with Treefera’s demand generation targets, ensuring consistency in messaging and outcomes
- Work closely with the sales team to optimise the MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) pipeline
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
- Continuously track and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Refine strategies and tactics across all digital channels to maximise ROI and drive conversions
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to implement innovative strategies
- Contribute to the broader marketing strategy to support Treefera’s growth and market presence
