Who you are
- Substantial experience working in executive communications roles
- Highly skilled and experienced across the disciplines of communications planning, media relations, organic social and content development
- Held previous executive communications roles in multinational organisations or agencies
- The ability to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders and business decision-makers, and hold yourself accountable
- Curiosity, are a team-player and can build supportive and collaborative relationships
- An interest in and love for small business and employment success
What the job involves
- Design and execute a media relations program that promotes business priorities and profiling of regional execs
- Identify executive advocacy, external speaking and/or social media opportunities
- Create and write content including articles, case studies, social media content and more that engages our target audiences and drives brand awareness
- Partner with global marketing, communications and product to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes

With substantial Series B funding awarded in 2022, Humi hopes to meet the growing demand for its products and services by further developing Humi’s software as Canada’s only true all-in-one people solution.
