Role
Who you are
- Having a strong experience in mobile game development, you want to join a diverse team composed of mobile gaming enthusiasts
- You have a significant track record and already released several mobile games
- 5+ years experience using Unity/C#
- You can build solid & scalable Unity code and know about mobile projects tech and business constraints
- You have a strong interest for hypercasual genre and trends, you are a video games fanatic
- Experienced in A/B testing methods, you never hesitate to challenge UX and tech options
- Player friendly, you are concerned to provide our players with the best and funniest game experience
- You can work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ways how CI\CD pipelines work (ex. Github actions, Unity batch mode builds)
What the job involves
- As a Senior Unity Game Developer, you will join our nimble but mighty evergreen game team in Barcelona which are developing chart-topping titles
- In this role, you’ll have full technical responsibility and autonomy over your own game, but will be learning alongside other talented developers with the same objective
- Develop new game features autonomously and in compliance with deadlines
- Guarantee a robust and reusable code
- Ensure an optimal user experience and sprinkle your games with engaging mechanics
- Suggest new concepts & ideas thanks to your knowledge of current trends
- Exchanging experience with other members of the Development department (i.e. conducting code reviews, pair programming sessions, attending and contributing to the knowledge sharing session)
- Work on defined process improvements, OKRs
- Work on internal documentation such as guides for the development or QA teams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on soft-launches and iterations (polishing, optimization, etc.)
